RUOK? Day 2021

Checking in with our friends, family and colleagues is more important than ever before. We are all experiencing unique challenges and struggles associated with the pandemic and the loss of physical interaction that helps us stay connected to ourselves and our communities.

Just one little question “R U OK?”, and taking the time to listen, helps all of us move closer from languishing to flourishing. Being asked can make a huge difference to someone who might not be coping ok, even if all you can do is listen and acknowledge with an empathetic ear; to be heard can remind us that we are not alone.
