I am proud of our business and the great people at Pen Underwriting. We are a specialist Insurance Agency made up of a tight knit community of commercial insurance underwriters, dedicated to delivering sophisticated solutions to our broker partners across Australia.
We take pride in our technical capabilities and collectively have in excess of 1,000 years of experience across our teams. Where we look to bring this to every transaction, with the ability to create bespoke solutions based on individual requirements.
Our people are the foundation of our business and we cultivate a culture of respect, integrity, inclusiveness and professionalism. We value all of our employees equally and pride ourselves on our diverse backgrounds. It is through our culture that we strive to achieve exceptional employee engagement and will continue to do so as our business grows. The relationships we have with our brokers are paramount.
